DSFDF Statue


This is the latest challenge from DSFDF. The challenge was to draw (paint if you must) the statue, full length just as it was in the photo. I chose to paint and draw with the ink to fit the challenge. (watercolor, ink 5x7 inches)

I always find blue and yellow suit each other like rhubarb and custard, and very well done on the drawing!

Great job Maria. Some strong contrasts along with the red background create some real drama in this piece.

Good job Maria.
That blue with bright yellow with a shot of the very "Impressionist" and to finish the magenta red.
A game full of color and light of life and nothing dramatic.
