victorian for DSFDF
This is my image from the latest DSFDF challenge. I tried to find my own point of view for this. It wasn't easy because every time I checked to see what the others had done, they were so good and had many great interpretations. So for our next challenge, either I get on it as soon as I get the challenge or don't look to see what the others have done (and that is the fun part!) until I finish mine.

Beautiful painting, Maria! I love the colors, the time of day you made it and the composition - very nice!
Maria - I really like your interpretation. Great colours and composition - it is very moody. Thanks for visiting my blog.
This is wonderful! I love discovering new artists through DSFDF!
Maria, very dramatic, very nice!
Thanks for the nice comments on my painting, Edward, Jennifer, Sheila and Dana. So far the dsfdf has been a great opportunity to plan, paint and learn. I look forward the next one.
Funny thing is....Your viewpoint hands down is my favorite. I like those types of angles. The pieces of the whole. I really do! Good job!
great piece Maria. Love the angle and your colors are so striking. Beautiful piece.
I love your composition - very creative. And that sky - oh la la!
You have truly made this one your own! Great cropped composition plus strong, vibrant, complementary colors!
Well, I now want to throw mine across the room as your interpretation is just gorgeous. Haven't posted mine yet and don't want to nOW!!
Beautiful piece I love the cropped composition.
This is just so excellent. I have to come back later and really look at your blog and take it all in. Your work just blows me away!!
Thanks again for all the nice comments. You never know which interpretation will spark a responce. I am glad I pushed myself on this one.
Your interpretation is just excellent. Nice point of view. Thank you for your visit, Maria. Do you speak russian? Мне всегда интересно встретить особенный взгляд артиста. Поздравляю. Ваш вариант один из наиболее неординарных.
Oh! Your Victorian is just great.
(I'm with you, I prefer to not see what anyone else has created until I've finished mine. I think if I'd seen yours before I started I would have just bowed out this time.)
The purple into gold sky is mesmerizing alongside the ultramarine of the house. Very nice!
Love the lamp post in the fore ground; it invokes a story, great work
