Jon Boats

I am back from the Three Rivers Arts Festival.
It was a great experience... even with the rain.
I have to submit pastel paintings for a show at Box Heart Gallery
but sold the painting I wanted to show at the festival.
So instead of getting my studio back in shape, I painted these.
I am going to really spend some time in the near future on improving my camera skills.
I miss so many subtle color shifts...

I can almost feel the mosquitoes biting in that top piece. Both are beautiful replacements, Maria!

Beautiful pieces Maria, I particularly love the atmosphere youve got in the second, so tranquil.

Wonderful paintings! They remind me of my Dad, who fishes the surf on the Atlantic wearing his signature straw hat!

Hello Maria
Themes with a very positive light, you can feel the whole atmosphere.
Congratulations on the new freshness.
I'm glad the festival went well.
